My Story

Welcome to Countryside Computing! My name is Josh Williams, a seasoned IT professional dedicating my time to the craft since 2008. My passion is helping people and businesses navigate the ever-changing world of technology with reliable solutions tailored to their needs. My educational journey started at BC3 where I earned an AAS in Information Technology before completing a BS in Information Science and Technology from Penn State University.

I’ve worked in various industries, including manufacturing, finance, and logistics, taking on roles from Software Developer, IT Engineer, and Database Administrator, to Director of Information Technology. In these positions, I managed IT operations, developed policies, streamlined business processes, and led teams to implement cutting-edge technology solutions.

In 2025, I launched Countryside Computing to bring professional IT consulting, services, and support to people and businesses in Mercer, PA, and surrounding areas.
